Dr. Josh is a Certified Medical Examiner for the FMCSA and Department of Transportation. If you need a medical card to drive a commercial motor vehicle, he can perform the physical examination needed for you to obtain it.

Please remember to bring the following to your appointment:
- Driver’s License
- Any waiver or exemptions you may have to drive a commercial motor vehicle, such as Diabetes or Vision.
- Medication List
- Hearing aid or glasses, if applicable.
- Current clearance letter, if applicable.
- If you use a CPAP machine, you must bring your Proof of Compliance.
- If you are diabetic, we will need your latest A1c reading for your visit.
With our electronic records, we send your information directly to the state and federal agencies. No need for you to submit it.
