Meet Dr. Joshua Gregory

Dr. Josh is passionate about helping patients move beyond pain so they can return to the activities and quality of life they value most. His care is rooted in identifying the underlying cause of discomfort and developing personalized treatment plans designed to create lasting results—not just temporary relief.

His interest in musculoskeletal care began early while working at Maximum Fitness Physical Therapy in Oxford during high school. After graduating from Oxford Area High School, Dr. Josh continued his education at West Chester University, where he also married his wife, Jamie.

He went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College in the Finger Lakes region of New York. Following graduation, Dr. Josh returned home to Oxford, PA, where he founded Hometown Health with a clear mission: to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to the community he knows and loves.

Dr. Josh is committed to delivering care that reflects the evolving standards of modern healthcare. As a member of the Forward Thinking Chiropractic Alliance, he remains actively engaged in advancing the profession and ensuring his clinical approach is guided by the latest evidence-based practices.

A key focus of Dr. Josh’s work is sports medicine and injury management. Having experienced multiple sports-related injuries himself, he understands firsthand the frustration of being sidelined and the importance of a safe, efficient return to activity. He pursued advanced post-doctoral training to earn the designation of Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (CCSP®), equipping him to care for athletes of all ages and activity levels—from youth sports to weekend warriors.

That perspective extends beyond the clinic. Dr. Josh, his wife, and his three children are all actively involved in exercise and sports, giving him a unique appreciation for the physical demands placed on growing and competitive bodies alike. This personal connection allows him to relate closely to both athletes and parents, and to provide care that supports performance, recovery, and long-term health.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Josh is a certified Medical Examiner through the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners and performs DOT physical examinations.

Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, and investing in the local community through his church and the Lighthouse Youth Center.
