What to Bring to Your CDL Physical
To avoid delays, please bring:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Medication list
- Glasses or hearing aids, if applicable
- Any waivers or exemptions (vision, diabetes, etc.)
- Medical clearance letters, if applicable
- CPAP users: Proof of compliance report
- Diabetic drivers: Most recent A1c results
If you qualify, you’ll receive your DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate the same day.
We also handle the paperwork for you—your results are submitted electronically to state and federal agencies, so there’s nothing extra you need to do.
